She started recruiting in Horticulture when she joined MorePeople and found a real passion for the industry. Currently NVQ Level 3 qualified in recruitment and studying her RHS Level 2 in Horticulture to get a better understanding of the industry.

Sarah is also on the YPHA committee, a group to unite the under 35's in Horticulture and get more young people into the industry by showcasing the great opportunities there are!
