With over 30 years’ experience in horticulture, Ryan Simpson of Viridis Plants has extensive horticulture knowledge and is well equipped to explore new approaches to plant supply within the horticulture industry. In a changing environment sustainability and biodiversity has never been so important,  Ryan will be introducing and explaining the concept of sourcing plants with a ‘Cyber Physical System’, with the potential to reducing the supply chains carbon footprint whilst giving greater visibility and flexibility to clients with circa 400 UK and European growers and rising.

Viridis Plants have built their business on relationships with garden designers, landscapers and architects and know all too well the issues their clients face but introducing ‘Cyber Physical Systems’ into the plant sourcing process does not need to break this partnership in fact enhancing it whilst also giving 24hr access to global visibility.
