Rashida Rajkotwalla is an architectural consultant and interior designer with two decades of high-end hospitality and residential experience across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Asia. She is the Co-chair of National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) Midlands and has received the Bharat Gaurav Saman, one of India’s highest professional awards in recognition of outstanding contribution to the construction industry.

Rashida leads the design team at DWIP Consultants Ltd, an architecture, interior design and project management company delivering projects across the UK. Raised in the kaleidoscopic city of Mumbai, Rashida graduated from SNDT University as an Interior Design Major. Early in her career, she moved to Dubai where she began exploring the global landscape in delivering signature environments. Two decades later, Rashida now advocates for an integrated approach to design, applying her international experience to regional contexts and promoting low carbon, biophilic solutions, health and well-being, and social equality.
