As The Cloud Gardener, my aim is to inspire a new generation of urban gardeners. Being a lockdown gardener, I quickly learned how my 18th floor balcony garden can positively impact mental health and urban biodiversity. It's now my mission to spread this message and help people reconnect to nature.
