We take a brief from our clients and then create a design. But what impact does the existing site play in the design thinking. As designers when we make a mark on a bit of paper it results in an instruction to those building the garden. So what marks should we make when we analyse the site. Is site analysis only carried out on site? And if we don’t consider the site does it matter? Accompanied by a look at some of our schemes.
