Alistair will set the scene by highlighting some of the exotic plant pests (including diseases) that have been introduced in recent times and the plant pests that we aim to avoid introducing though trade supply chains. He will discuss how the requirements of the Plant Health Management Standard can help improve the plant biosecurity systems of ornamental horticultural businesses and organisations and in doing so support a thriving trade.
